India's lockdown has been extended to halt the spread of the coronavirus outbreak. People have been told to stay indoors, and for many daily-wage earners, this is a doomsday scenario as it means they are now facing the prospect of no income for even longer. While the government will provide some of them with relief packages we need to understand that the task is massive. Many are unregistered migrant labour and need our help to survive this crisis.
Funds from this campaign will be utilised in Delhi.
Recognising this need, Mahavir International, Delhi began distributing cooked meals to the needy. The aim is to provide them with healthy meals twice a day. The meals are delivered directly to them. They are currently delivering more than 2000 meals a day and will continue to do so until the lockdown is lifted. The demand for food packets is overwhelming, and it is hard to turn people away when the food packs run out.
I AM RAISING INR 10L OR MORE TO ENSURE 3333 MEALS OR MORE ARE PROVIDED.

ABOUT ME
My name is AADITYA SANKHWAL , 12 years old and in Grade 7 at The Shri Ram School, Moulsari.
The worst affected during COVID-19 are the migrants, cleaners, small shopkeepers, daily wage labourers, mostly the people who lie below the poverty line. There are many labourers without homes who are now hungry, they are forced to live in streets because the house owners won't allow them to live without taking rent and without no choice, they live on streets- living on pavements or under bridges. At this juncture, we, the more privileged sections of the society need to step up to support them in this difficult time. I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can also contribute to their well-being in our own small little way.
The money collected from this crowdfunding campaign would be used to provide them with two nutritious meals a day and help alleviate the sufferings of our fellow citizens at least temporarily.
